is the role?

is a casual position, which will provide support to the Logistics Import/Export
Department. This will include data entry in our business system – SAP,
supporting weekly reporting and analysis, monitoring shipping line ETA’s,
improve business processing and ensure data integrity.

the Logistics Coordinator, some of your duties will include:

- Inbound
and outbound shipment creation in SAP; - Creation
of stock transfer orders (STO’s) between storage locations; - Daily
audit of stocking locations and STO’s; - Communication
with warehouse teams for the coordination of export bookings - Tracking
of containers and other delivery methods to provide updated ETAs.

Excel, have an understanding of Supply Chain channels and functions, have the
ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and the
