Due to consistent growth underpinned by repeat business and referrals from clients and other professional advisors, they are seeking 3 experienced lawyer with at least 4 – 10 years proven experience to join their high performing team that has been the highest billing practice for the past two quarters!
Working with a high profile partner and dynamic family lawyers in a close-knit and friendly team, you will have had at least 4 years experience in a dedicated family law practice where you experience in all areas of family law including:
Separation
• Marriage and defacto relationships (including same sex relationships)
• Separation
• Divorce
• Intervention Orders
Children and Parenting Matters
• Children and parental responsibilities (Custody and Access)
• Child support and child maintenance
Property and Financial Matters
• Property settlements
• Spousal maintenance
Protection of Assets
• Financial Agreements (‘pre-nuptial agreements’ and ‘cohabitation agreements’)
Collaborative Law
You should be able to step into the role and be capable of working independently on a range of matters, particularly complex property division matters arising from marriage and domestic relationships.
