Job Title: Out growers Superintendent Age: 30 years and aboveResponsibilities:
• Regular visit to the farmer’s field and guiding them in the sugar cane cultivation.
• Propagate new varieties and ensuring varietal purity.
• Conducting demonstrations in the farmer’s field to effectively take the technology.
• Ensuring continuous supply of mature green and clean cane from farmer’s field.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in agriculture science from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in out grower farming operations.
