Background in Food Science or Biology and Chemistry is compulsory
• Applicant must be good in both Math and Science (please provide results)
• Age: between 23 years old- 32 years old
• Working Experience must be at least three years
• Hands-on person that enjoy physical work more than desk jobs
• Need to be physically strong as heavy work is required in the brewery
• Applicant should not have long or colored hair, tattoos or body piercing or wear earrings
• Minimum height is 5 ft 7 inches
• Minimum weight is 63 kg (Overweight individuals need not apply).
• Position is only opened to males
• Applicants must come from the schools as listed below and approved by the Labor Ministry in Singapore (graduates from other schools need not apply).
• Passion for beer brewing
• Appreciates fresh beer but not alcoholic
• Training will be provided
• No laboratory work
• No sedentary work
• Long hours work to be expected
