Scholarship Description: The Ph.D. research will draw both on the extensive archive housed at
Hospitalfield and will require the candidate to conduct interviews with
surviving artist alumni of the institution. In addition to the thesis the
successful candidate will be required and supported in the writing of a
generalist publication based on the academic work undertaken.
