the B2B market and is currently seeking an experienced Billing person to join
their expanding and busy team.

This role is varied and dynamic and will include such
tasks as;

Daily banking – entering customers daily payments into
the billing system

Identifying new carrier charge types and configuring
them to bill correctly

Sending/Receiving carrier daily files and loading into
the billing system

Creating new rates and tariffs

Carrier reconciliation and lodging billing disputes

Identifying potential issues and implementing fixes
using SQL if needed

Setting up automation of

Running monthly & trial bill runs

The successful applicant must have experience within
an established telecommunications billing operations / production department
operating a billing system and dealing with carrier feed files.

It is essential you have strong attention to detail,
excellent problem solving skills and the ability to manage your time to meet
critical operational deadlines. We also require you to have advanced excel
skills, have some familiarity with SQL and demonstrate strong communication
skills.
