Intersec Security Ltd, an established leading and
experienced Security Company in Rwanda that provides a wide scope of security
services with a unique combination of security services is looking for a candidate
for the position of Human Resources Manager.
The company is looking for experienced,
self-motivated and a hardworking Human Resources Manager to join the dynamic
Intersec Security Management Team.
Position: Human Resources Manager
Reporting to the General Manager
The candidate must be able to work independently
without supervision. This person must have good leadership skills, be well
organized, flexible and embrace the group concept in diverse multicultural
environment with different background. He/ She will be responsible for
undertaking a full HR generalist role for defined business and support
departments, the annual performance management process including interim
review, employee´s career development, manage compensation and benefits, employee
welfare.
He/she should have excellent written and verbal
communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail is
equally important.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources or any
    other related field;
  • At least 4 years experience in HR Management
    with a least 2 years in a managerial position;
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in
    excel, word, power point etc;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication
    skills both verbal and written and collaborative management style.
  • Experience in managing cross-cultural
    environment
Main responsibilities of the role are but not
limited to:            
  • Take a lead in identifying staff vacancies and
    recruit, interview and select applicants.
  • Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate
    matches between personnel.
  • Implement a performance monitoring and
    measurement system which will be a partial basis for workers´ remuneration
    and employment continuity.
  • Conduct training needs assessments, develop
    internal and external training programs to fill the training gaps in the
    company,
  • Serve as a link between management and
    employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts
    and helping resolve work related problems;
  • Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate
    the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of the company.
  • Oversee the evaluation, classification and
    rating of occupational and job positions.
Languages: Must be
fluent in English, working knowledge in French, Swahili or Kinyarwanda is added
advantage but not a requirement.
