The purpose
of this training is to build capacity within the Social Protection Sector at
the national and district levels. The objective is to train a cadre of national
trainers in social protection so that they can be mobilized for future training
on social protection at all levels within Rwanda. This is in line with the sector
strategy on capacity building and training roll-out.
