are seeking a Reliability Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring
comprehensive maintenance and integrity strategies are developed in the pre-operation
phase for execution in the operational phase. During the operational phase, the
Reliability Engineer will be responsible for supporting the facilities through
proactive reliability management techniques and processes, leading defect
elimination programmes and identifying opportunities to support the facilities.

- Ensuring
accurate development of operational spares by the IMC contractor. This is
a key Pre-Operations responsibility for the role. - Facilitating
and participating in RCM and maintenance strategy workshops - Participating
in the development of SCEs and performance standard verification
procedures - Reviewing
SAP preventive maintenance task lists - Developing
and implementing analysis methods for determining reliability of plant,
equipment and processes - Developing
and implementing reliability improvement processes - Creating
Reliability and Availability reports - Participating
in defect elimination processes - Providing
reliability and maintenance support to projects and operations - Leading
reviews of process and equipment failures using structured problem solving
techniques such as root cause analysis, Apollo, TAPROOT and 5-WHYs.
Key
qualifications, skills and experience required:

- Sound
experience in reliability and maintenance engineering within oil and gas
operations - Experience
with SCEs, performance standards and Safety Case development - Working
knowledge of maintenance methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, PMO and CBM - BSc.
Degree (or equivalent) with Engineering experience in rotating equipment
or mechanical discipline - Experience
with Intergraph Smart Plant, Meridium APM, CMMS reliability and
availability models (SPARC, MAROS, Isograph or similar).
