INDANAGABUREZI
College of Education (ICE), RUHANGO District, Rwanda is recruiting
full time candidates to join of this rapidly growing, young and dynamic
institution in the following positions:

Director
of Academics

Applicants
must be:

PhD
holder with at least 3years experience in Higher Education;
Conversant
with Academic Affairs in Higher Learning Institution;
Able
to contribute to the academic activity (research /Teaching) in the
institution;
Able
to demonstrate skills in planning, monitoring and evaluation of academic
activities;
Proficient
in English and computer skills

This
post reports to the Principal and will be a member of the Senior Management.

Responsibilities

Coordinating
all ICE’s academic activities and programmes;
Design,
review and upgrade Academic Programme;
Coordinating
all research activities and programmes, when there is no Director in
charge of research;
Looking
forward the meetings of the Senate and ensuring about the application of
its decisions;
Assuming
the teaching of some courses;
Fulfilling
tasks related to University pedagogy;
To
contribute to the academic delivery in ICE
Any
other duties consistent with the level of the position
