The Role
IML are dedicated to
providing a high level of service to their clients and as a result are seeking
a confident and enthusiastic Account Manager to assist with IML’s continuing
growth. The role is a hybrid of existing account management, new business
development and utilising the relationships you have built with clients to
further expand upon IML’s portfolio.

 Your
responsibilities will include:

·        
Increasing sales revenue through relationship management and new business
development

·        
Consistently staying up to date with IML product knowledge and services and
industry trends in order to maintain and grow client relationships

·        
Conducting business development by identifying, qualifying and cultivating new
sales leads through research, social media, events, referrals, and follow-up
calls

·        
Continuing customer service from client brief through to implementation and
gaining important feedback in regards to the service IML provides

·        
Ensuring client satisfaction from the point of the sale through implementation
and ongoing support

·        
Enable the business to gain access to new sales platforms, building long term
customer relationships and critically deepening the company’s penetration with
existing relationships

·        
Presenting and running live demonstrations of IML’s technology at client
offices

The
Candidate

The ideal candidate
will have come from a fast paced sales background and is seeking a new
opportunity to further develop and grow their sales career.

We are seeking a
candidate with:-

·        
An innate interest in technology

·        
Strong business development and account management experience within a
corporate environment

·        
A confident and professional communication style is pivotal to this role as you
will be speaking to clients on a daily basis

·        
Flexible attitude towards work to attend events and functions for clients

·        
Proven experience working to tight deadlines and KPI’s.

·        
At least 2 years experience in sales, experience in either Meetings and Events
or SaaS sales environments is desirable.
