Job
Purpose: The job holder will work within our Retail department and will be
responsible for supporting business growth through development and performance
of all sales activities; providing leadership towards the achievement of
maximum profitability and growth in line with the bank’s vision and values;
contribute to sales of existing and new products and provide market information
to aid in product development.

Graduate in Marketing, Finance, Business or related field Hands on banking
experience for a period of not less than 3 years, with at least a minimum of 2
years in a business development related role

A good knowledge of banking products and services, the Rwanda business
