The Perth Banking & Finance team is currently seeking a lawyer with 2-4 years post admission experience. The ideal candidate will have past experience working in banking and finance or corporate law, ideally with some experience in:
Drafting of basic finance documents, such as securities and condition precedent documents
Refinances and deal structuring
General knowledge of property, construction, taxation and corporations law
Ideally, you will have strong academics, good communication skills and an innovative and client-focused approach to legal issues. The firm will also consider candidates with experience in general commercial or corporate law, with an interest to specialise in banking and finance.
