are hoping to lead a nationwide project funded by DFID to improve the English
language proficiency and teaching knowledge and skills across Tanzania.

We are recruiting two Senior Trainers to plan and facilitate high quality
language and methodology training to pre-service teacher trainers and student
teachers in 34 government teacher training colleges. You will also lead and
support BC trainers working on the project.
This is a full-time position based in Dar es Salaam, but extensive travel
around Tanzania will be required.
You
must have a DELTA or Trinity Dip. TESOL and a degree in any subject, plus at
least five years teaching experience after training, in a wide range of
situations, including public and private sectors. Experience of teacher
training (methodology) is essential and you should also have some experience of
extra-mural work with local national teachers.
