As a Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day- to-day running of the home. You will need to ensure the quality of service meets the national minimum standards, CSWIS Standards, as well as following internal policies and procedures. In addition to this you will be required to undertake staff reviews and to help encourage staff members to provide person-centred care within the home.
