Position Description:

and experienced staffs to strengthen the team for overall efficiency and
effectiveness. Below are detailed duties and responsibilities for each
position.
Education Qualifications and Experience: A degree/ advance diploma in Building
economics or related field with more than two years’ experience
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Places orders, receives and distributes materials to specified sections for
future work.
Recommends repairs, supervises the maintenance of tools and equipment and
determines work procedures.
Prepares reports on project time, equipment, materials and progress including
project cost expenditures and balances.
Reviews the work of skilled trade’s workers and equipment operators
Remuneration:An attractive package commensurate with the qualifications and
relevant experience will be availed to the successful candidate.
