Reporting to the Office Manager & the CEO, you will be working
autonomously but also based in a small team in an office that is situated front
of house.

- Do you have end-to-end book-keeping skills perhaps
through working with complex SME business models? - Are you great with numbers and both system
& financially savvy, across AP, AR & other financial
requirements working in this space working solo? - Are you wanting more than just finance, with the
capacity to work across all facets of administration support to the
business and support to the Office Manager? - Do you want a role to own, grow, innovate and grow as
the business grows around you? Are you looking for a career not a role? - Can you innovate, demonstrate & execute
efficient ways of improvin tasks, procedures & other needs that may

self-growth, challenges & require minimum supervision and maximum

We need a hybrid candidate who
wishes to work across both administrative, project & financial spaces
depending on the needs of the business. You will be selected for your work
ethic, your drive and your wish for being in a role that you can not only make
your own but grow as the business innovates forward. Duties are:-
- Processing data related to Accounts Payable &
Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, processing of supplier
invoices & payment advice, reconciliation, financial analysis
& reporting via the use of Tencia. - Processing/coordinating travel requests, liaising with
travel agent and facilitating any changes to travel plans as required - Petty cash; general day to day office duties including
administration support to the Office Manager across a multitude of
different disciplines - Provide reception support including directing phone
calls, faxes, mail, etc & coordinate freight requirements - Possible back up Project Administration and Document
Control (training would be required) should the business have a need in
the future - Front of House responsibilities as an when required,
greeting & inducting VIP Guests - Other Clerical an Management support tasks as allocated
by the Office Manager of CFO
You will demonstrate:-
- A high degree of autonomy, ownership, pride and work
ethic when it comes to your work - The capacity to innovate, grow and expand with the
business as it continues to grow - Show dedication not just to your role but your career
within the business - A high degree of personal presentation, written and
verbal skills - Extensive Financial and Administrative skills with
Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Suites - enthusiastic, dynamic, resilient and pure passion for
the ownership your role provides
