What will you do?
• You will lead, manage and deliver the company’s B2B sales strategy
• Provide inspirational leadership, support and guidance to 5 line managers who each have teams reporting to them
• Formulate and implement market strategy
• Ensure revenue and margin target are set, achieved and exceeded
• Ensure skills and experience of team are continually maintained and developed to ensure continuous success and growth
• Build constructive relationships throughout company and breaking down barriers to growth
• Regularly appraise and construct development plans including one to one coaching
• Regular team meetings to educate, update and communicate company strategy and changes within company
• Monitor and maintain accurate plans and forecasts
• Anticipate market requirements
• Be a role model for other managers. Coach and mentor less experienced managers offering guidance and support
