services organisation based in Brisbane’s CBD is seeking a Level L1/L2 Helpdesk
Support Officer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a
motivated self-starter with a strong commercial experience within IT support
environments.
As the frontline officer for the ICT department of this organisation, you will
ensure that SLAs are met through the efficient and accurate identification and
resolution of all technical problems. Your key responsibilities will be
providing telephone, email and face-to-face support to clients. Those who will
be considered must have a demonstrated experience and knowledge of Active
Directory, Exchange, Server 2008 R2, Office and Citrix, as well a strong
ability to resolve faults in computer hardware.
Customer service is a vital part of the position, as you will be communicating
with an expansive and diverse user group as well as internal and external
stakeholders. With a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume
Service Desk environment, you must have strong technical capabilities
commensurate with a high level of tenacity, personal skills and time management
skills.
An IT accreditation or commensurate experience in a service desk environment
would be highly regarded, however all other applications will be considered.
