Chef De Partie to join Prime Restaurant, one of Sydney’s
leading CBD Restaurants.

As an experienced Chef De Partie you will be
looking after a section within a team of 5 chefs. You will have a desire to
grow to the highest standards of food quality. You will need to rotate within
sections, and delegate duties and responsibilities to junior employees, to
insure service standards and demands are met.

- Excellent attention to detail
- A genuine passion for service standards
- Strong hygiene focus and system/procedure
focused - Desire to learn and grow as a Chef
- Understanding and having an appreciation for
traditional and contemporary cooking styles - An ability to work unsupervised in a team of 5
Chefs - Assist senior chefs in the day to day Kitchen
operations
