Our client is a growing Real Estate firm specialising in beachside rentals & sales. They specialise in short term holiday rentals and furnished apartments in the Eastern Suburbs and have a fabulous reputation and pride themselves on first class service.
This is your chance to shine and join an exciting agency with a unique twist. Your day to day duties will include, inspections, managing a small furnished property portfolio of 80, booking tenants into furnished properties, repairs & maintenance and coordination of contractors.
To make this position yours, you will have your Certificate of Registration, be well presented, and have exceptional communication skills and your own car. In addition, you will live in the Eastern Suburbs and be passionate about Real Estate.
You do not need Real Estate experience to secure an interview for this role; however you do need a positive, eager attitude.
