successful applicant will report to the Sous Chef and together with the team be
responsible for the hands-on, smooth running and success of the kitchen.

a minimum 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen experience with a
wood fired oven preferrable. - Positive
orientation with an eye for detail - Ability
to work in a team environment with excellent communication skills

to work under pressure in fast paced and high volume kitchen - Passionate

management skills - Knowledge
of Italian and European cuisine - Flexible
roster over 7 day week
