Required :
• Understanding for quality instruments & standards.
• Working knowledge of ISO/GMP/BRC/HACCP etc.
• Awareness of quality systems for different categories of food products.
• Strong analytical skills.
Job Duties :
• Handling chemical, physical, pesticide and microbiological testing of food items.
• Ensuring QC for food products.
• Ensuring QA/QC, ISO – 9000, HACCP, GMP, GLP.
• Testing of flour, vegetable oils, sugar, colors and other food products.
• Decide and ensure adherence to standards established in Food Industry.
• Reporting and documentation as per ISO standards.
• Any other task assigned by HOD.
