Description
Reporting to the General Manager you will be
responsible for
responsible for
- Complete supervision of installation and
commissioning of product line within Australia and New Zealand. - Trouble shooting, after sales service, identify
and recommend spare parts for equipment. - Customer training, handing over, warranty
support, job within allocated budget. - Proactive market development for aftermarket,
spare parts sales, service contract. - Managing and developing key accounts.
- Developing and coaching new colleagues, training
on the equipment range and technical functions. - Understanding the contract documentation and
legal implication; explicit customer communication on contract guidelines.
Profile
The successful candidate will have strong experience
as a Service/Maintenance Manager in Food industry
as a Service/Maintenance Manager in Food industry
You will also have
- Degree or TAFE qualification in Mechanical or
Electrical Engineering - Strong experience in installation, commissioning,
and maintenance and servicing of Food manufacturing/processing equipment - Excellent people management skills
- Demonstrated experience of extensive travel
within ANZ region - Exposure to mechanical design and application
areas.
