Our Federal Government client in
Canberra is seeking to engage an experienced Telecommunications Administration Officer.
This i
s a contract role for 12 month with possible 12 month
extensions.

To be successful in this role you
must demonstrate high level organisational, problem solving and administrative
skills; you will also have good verbal and written communication skills.

Your primary duties are:

• Maintaining Telecommunication device loan pool.
• Issuing and recording of Telecommunication devices.
• Assist with end of month finance processes.
• Account reconciliation and report distribution.
• Maintaining of the finance inbox, Marval and Quickcomm
  to ensure all requests and tasks are processed within departmental
  guidelines.
• Act as point of contact for TFU
• Open and process/distribute mail
• Undertake Accounts Payable duties relating
  Telecommunication services.
• File records and documentation appropriately.
• Liaise with work areas and vendors regarding orders for
  Telecommunication goods and services.
• Accurate record keeping of TFU owned assets and
  equipment on relevant financial and tracking systems.
• Follow up on overdue PABX invoice and Loan devices

To be successful in this role
you will:

• Demonstrated high level
  organisational, problem solving and administrative skills including the
  ability to plan and coordinate high volume tasks to tight schedules.
• Well developed computer skills in a
  Windows environment including familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
  of products.
