Our Client, a Global Oil &
Gas Operator, have an immediate requirement for an experienced HES
Technical Assistant to jo
in their Perth based team.
The core responsibilities of this
role include:
- Input / enter all GFP incidents under Reporting Boundary
/ Operation Control in the incident management system, IMPACT - Migrate all completed L2 / L3 incident investigation
reports from Safeguard into the DMS in line with IIR requirements - Report on monthly data entry and migration performance
- Generate incident and other status reports from the
Incident Management System, Safeguard - Prepare analytcal spread sheets, trend summaries and
charts for performance reports and presentations - Check and validate HEStore reports generated for GFP
- Identify and report on issues to be reconciled
- Prepare and issue the weekly incident query log
- Follow-up on outstanding issues, update and manage the
incident register - Generate monthly and ad-hoc GFP OSPREV reports form the
OSPREV database - Upload and publish incident GFP bulletins, Lessons
Learned and Safety Flashes into the Portal - Participate in monthly OET meetings and lead /
facilitate at least one OET meetings
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of incident management systems,
i.e. IMPACT, Safeguard - Understanding of the OEDRS and basis of incident
classification and reporting - Excellent working knowledge of excel, power point and
other essential business tools (e.g. OSPREY database) - Good written and verbal communication skills are
essential - Ability to multi-task and effectively work in a
fast-paced and
organizationally and culturally diverse environment without losing focus
on behaviours and values - Three years relevant work experience in the oil and gas
industry or a major capital project
