Multinational Contact Centre – Technical Support Supervisor

(Based in Malaysia)

Build a support of a team of individuals to meet
customer requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

Provide and support the Contact Center
Technical Support team in respect to job and product training.
Submit quotation within company guidelines.
Liaise with Regional / HQ Technical team to
gather information and resolve customer issues.
Assists with the hiring process, performance
evaluations, discipline action and terminations.
Provides back up support for Contact Centre
Manager as requested and needed.
Provide second level technical assistance to
help customers identify their requirements for Festo products and
services.
Develop and improve the provision of second
level technical (application knowledge) to support commercial and back
office agents.
Promote special products for each Industrial
Segment.
Usage of Agent Portals.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Job requirements:

A University Degree (preferably Engineering
oriented studies).
Experienced in handling automation products
will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar
industries.
Excellent written and verbal English
communication skills. Bilingual is a must in either Bahasa Indonesia,
Thai, Tagalog or Chinese. Trilingual would be an asset.
Computer knowledge in SAP and Microsoft office
applications.
