Ensure all projects adhere and
are compliant to FRT’s and donor procedures

Post Graduate level education
in
Agriculture, Extension and Rural Development, Project Management, development
Studies, Communications or any related field, Minimum of 5 yrs experience in
program and people management at senior level in similar/related role,
Experience in proposal writing with a proven ability to secure donor funding,
Strong understanding of and practical experience in agricultural extension,
development communication and ICTs in the context of rural livelihoods, food
and nutrition security, agribusiness and related activities, Clean driving
licence Good team-worker, able to live and work closely with a small team with
minimum direct supervision, Excellent English language skills with excellent
verbal, analytical, and organisational skills – a good communicator with proven
experience in reporting for international donors, A mature self-starter, a good
communicator and team builder with the ability to manage and motivate staff,
Proven problem solving and organisational skills, flexibility and calm under
pressure, Knowledge of dynamics of partnership and experience in a role
directly involved in partner/local institution organisational capacity, Proven
