The LINKAGES Finance/Grant Officer
will assume primary responsibilities for performing diversified accounts
payable functions following standard procedures to ensure accurate scheduled
flow of all expenditures, related reports and audit documentation for the
project. This position will work with the Senior M&E Officer in determining
the cost per key population intervention such as outreach, care, testing and

cting pre-award assessments and assist to monitor the grant
agreements financially for compliance to PEPFAR and USAID rules and
regulations.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
Accounting or Business Studies.

At least 3 years relevant
experience in non-governmental accounts and financial management.

Prior work experience on USAID
funded programs with USAID PEPFAR funded programs preferred.

Previous experience in Sub-Saharan
