Job Description:
Managing a multi skilled team to maintain service level agreement on a major client site
Responsibility to maintain site in line with client expectations while building on relationships with client and contractors
Continuous contact with client to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage training and development of all staff
Carry out all HR procedures in line with company policy including appraisals and disciplinary actions
Ensuring Health and Safety policy’s are adhered to at all times
Budgeting and forecasting for site expenses
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
3-4 years FM experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous budgeting experience
Salary: €50,000 – €63,000 depending on experience
