Technician , Process & Package Development – (Normal shift)

You will prepare technical drawings for a range of component materials. Maintain drawings archive & database for component materials.

Support the team in developing of :
• new process techniques for manufacturing, assembly & test
• new product & new materials

In addition you will also support the team in performing failure analysis on experimental devices using equipment eg CSAM, EDX/SEM and cross-sectioning of sample devices and as well as support the team in performing sampling or verification test on raw material pertaining to material quality cases claimed to Raw Material Suppliers

Requirements
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years related experience in a high volume manufacturing environment preferably in wafer fabrication and/or packaging and testing
• Experience in Visual Basic, Design of Experiment (DOE) and MS Database and performing failure analytical using equipment eg CSAM, EDX/SEM etc is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills to work together with cross functional Designers and Engineers
