Summary : The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for visitors. He / she will coordinate the front office operations. The position reports to the Administrative Assistant. The position is located in Kigali
Essential functions include (but are not limited to) :
• Welcome guests and guide them ;
• Receive, record and dispatch the incoming correspondences ;
• Receive, record and dispatch the incoming correspondences ;
• Receive incoming telephone calls and forward them to the end destination ;
• Coordinate outgoing telephone calls ;
• Maintain the accurate logs of telephone calls ;
• Reconcile monthly telephone bills with the telephone log book ;
• Keep the front desk and reception area smart at all time
Qualifications and Requirements :
• High school diploma (A2) with at least 2 years of relevant work experience ;
• Fluent in English, French and Kinyarwanda ;
• Good command of computer (Microsoft Word and Excel) ;
• Having completed Work Readiness/ Akazi kanoze training ;
• Possession of basic filing skills
