This is a full-time one year fixed term role based in our offices in central London.
The post holder will be administrating the online Oral Health Education programme for Dental Care Professionals, processing student applications and payments to agreed quality standards, providing effective support and information to students throughout their studies, ensuring effective management and distribution of programme materials, including web content
and tracking students’ progress. The post holder is also responsible for quality assurance of education programmes in partnership with the Education Services Programme Officer
The successful candidate will have outstanding organisational skills, the ability to combine a range of tasks, balance competing demands and set priorities while continuing to exercise care and attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills along with proven administrative skills, ideally in an education setting. The ability to exercise a high degree of responsibility, initiative and judgement, work as part of a team and exercise tact and discretion is also essential.
