1.FACTORY MANAGER – Based in Gaborone
1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
•Reporting to the Operations Director, your will look
after all aspects of the core business including product manufacturing,
procurement, safety and health, service level agreements and distribution
•To ensure the highest level of quality, service and
compliance to standards with a spirit of excellence.
1.2.Qualifications
•A degree in Chemistry/Paint/Equivalent
•A business Degree would be an added advantage
1.3.Experience
•At least 5 years experience gained in operations
of a paint manufacturing environment/FMCG environment/Manufacturing environment
•Knowledge in supply chain management, people
management and adept in managing your own time and that of your subordinates
•Possess attention to detail, self-driven and be
results oriented.
