Dudley Stamp Memorial Awards for International Students in UK

The Dudley Stamp Memorial Award offers a number of
small grants (up to £500) for researchers in the early stages of their careers
to assist them in research or study travel. The awards are available for
pursuing PhD or postdoctoral research level in the field of geography.
Applicants of any nationality can apply for the awards but must be registered
(full or part time) for a PhD at a UK Higher Education institution OR employed
by a UK HEI within 6 years of completion of a doctoral degree. Application
should be submitted till 22nd February 2014.
Study Subject(s): Awards are provided in the field of geography and international
cooperation in the study of geography.
Course Level: The awards are available for pursuing PhD or
postdoctoral research level.

Usually there is an international dimension.

-Applicants registered for MPhil or other Masters courses are not
eligible.
-These awards cannot provide funding solely for conference attendance.
