RESPONIBILITIES:
RESPONIBILITIES:
- Develop annual brand plans aimed
at achieving CBL’s business goals. - Develop activity plans for new
products and for existing ones. - Generate instructional briefs to
the agency and ensure timely feedback. - Generate and coordinate brand
communication campaigns and programmes. Track brand health performance and
outline gaps identified. - Identify unique sponsorships that
will grow brand awareness and trials. - Promote brand awareness in
partnership with CD teams and other functional departments. Manage planned
expenditures on brands within budget - Monitor brand availability in
trade and liaise /advise production and procurement.
Requirement:
- A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in
Business Administration or Commerce (Marketing). - Professional qualification in
Marketing (CIM). - Three year’s working experience in
a FMCG industry - Good communication and negotiation
skills. - Budgeting and budgetary control.
- Analytical skills.
- A high degree of integrity.
- Persuasive and assertive.
- A valid and clean driving permit.
- The desired person should be below
30 years of age and ready to work in any part of the country
