Credit Officer/Billing Coordinator/Accounts Assistant Job Vacancy in Singapore (UP to $2K/ Central & East / 5 DAYS / MNC)

Position 1 : Credit Officer / AR Assistant(UP to $1.8K)

Responsibilities:
• Follow up on all overdue accounts
• Review credit status
• Prepare, arrange and file small claims / proofs of debts for delinquent accounts
• Attend legal cases (if required)
• Answer / feedback to customers on outstanding accounts

Requirements:
• N / O Level At least 1 year working experience
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
• Willing to work in Orchard / Town
• Proficient MS Word / Excel
• Only Singaporeans / PRs / Malaysians are welcome!
• Working Location: Pasir Panjang (Tpt at Harbour front MRT)

Position 2 : Billing Coordinator/ Assistant (UP to $2K – experienced in Logistics industry preferred)

Responsibilities:
• Prepare invoice for billing / cost for shipments & cross trades
• Ensure accurate & timely billing
• Perform administrative duties

Requirements:
• Min GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ Level
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
• Strong MS Excel skills, prior experience with other accounting software would be advantage
• Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Outspoken personality, able to coordinate with vendor / customers
• Only Singaporeans / PRs or Malaysian need apply
• Location: East / Central

Position 3 : Accounts Assistant – AR/AP/Full Set (UP to $2K)

Responsibilities:
• Data entry
• Issue cheques
• Handle partial accounts (AR or AP)
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Min GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ Level
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
• Strong MS Excel skills, prior experience with other accounting software would be advantage
• Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Outspoken personality, able to coordinate with vendor / customers
• Only Singaporeans / PRs or Malaysian need apply
• Location: East / Central / Orchard
