The successful individual will be responsible for managing the department’s programme of change; managing multiple teams of individuals, who are accountable for collating all market intelligence in both the UK and International market.
Specific duties will include:
-Ensure that all projects are prioritised and driven to execution and that processes have appropriate and consistent measures in place
-Ensure that all key risk and quality indicators develop in line with the growth of the business and the productivity measures are set
-Design, manage and drive the department’s programme of change
-Ensure the consistent management of succession planning, training, management of under performers and the development of high performers
