the team - Solicited and maintained communication with
subcontractors and suppliers - Created bid lists that fit scope of job,
ensuring that we had the right sub-contractors for each project - Showed creativity and resourcefulness to gain
better pricing from subcontractors - Demonstrated sound programming and staging
know-how - Assisted estimators with tender packing and
general information - Submitted 100 per cent of bids and budgets by
the bid deadline
- Have been proactive in seeking and qualifying
new subcontractors - Handled all subcontractor and stakeholder
interactions in a manner that established the foundations for long term
relationships - Methodically turned over bid documents and
other information to Project Management in a timely manner - Been highly effective in understanding risk
and opportunity in tenders - Exceeded expectations by going over and above
to ensure that the bids and proposals are always competitive and have the
greatest chance of success - Compiled monthly estimate reports which
included win/loss data and information - Initiated suggestions for company-wide process
improvements - Have shown great enthusiasm to attend both
internal and external training and development in line with our company
policy
