Our Client is a financially stable and buoyant mid
tier builder which secures its work through hard money tendering. At
present they turnover $20M annually focussing on boutique apartment projects,
high end homes as well as fit out and refurbishment developments.

Due to several recent successes at the tender table
they are in the market for an established site manager to oversee a high
end, boutique apartment development in Melbourne’s inner Easten
suburbs. It is a 10 apartment, car stacker and ground level retail
development totalling approximately $4M.

As our Client operates in a non-EBA
environment we aren’t looking for someone coming down from the 1st or 2nd
tier where the sub-contractors run themselves. We are looking for someone
that understands how to drive the sub-contractors in a positive way ensuring
they are always on their game; A solid understanding of commercial structures
will also be a pre-requisite; We are looking for someone who understands how
much money can be saved from shaving time of the program.

As the site manager you will be responsible for the
day to day operations of the site, all OH & S, programming, quality
management and sub-contractor management. In return you will be
offered a fixed term 12 – 14 month contract anywhere between $95,000 – $120,000
dependant on experience with the guarantee of future projects to come.
