Sales Clerk
Breslau, ON
The position of Sales Clerk will report directly to the Vice President.
Summary of Duties
Provide administrative support to the Product Managers and Export Co-ordinator
• Responsible to enter all orders daily
• Prepare the special instruction sheet daily
• Prepare credit notes
• Prepare Annex J
• Obtain appropriate signatures from CFIA for Export Documentation
• Run reports, KPI graphs
• Answer overflow calls for Product Manager and Export Co-ordinator
• Handle T.I.D. and Charlie’s inquires
• Update export tracking and inventory sold file
• Co-ordinate employee order price list and entry of orders
• Handle some house accounts
• Back up for export documents
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in MS-Office
• Excellent time management skills
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to give attention to detail
