advantage, Minimum of 3 yrs experience working in energy or energy related
projects, Able to demonstrate experience of working with rural energy or
sustainable energy programmes, Have an excellent working knowledge of the
social, environmental and technical problems facing rural and urban communities
in access sustainable and affordable energy
Develop, implement and
monitor project workplans and budgets, manage, staff and coordinate their work
activities, Liaise with project stakeholders e.g. donors, project holders,
local authority, contractors, community representatives, CU colleagues and
other key strategic partners, Provide technical sport and guidance in all
aspects of the projects implementation and budgets, Embed innovation and
business approaches into the implementation of the project, Report regularly
and accurately their line manager and project holder, Undertake any other
duties that contribute to the sustainability and viability of the SOGERV
monitor project workplans and budgets, manage, staff and coordinate their work
