ABOUT THE POSITION
Prospecting and hunting through an EXISTING database as well as farming and
building onto your own client portfolio to grow and manage. Listing properties
for lease and sale, growing a healthy pipeline of properties to come on the
market, qualifying enquiries from prospective customers and engaging in a long
lasting strong business relationship. Attending weekly and monthly meetings,
working towards set KPIs and working towards monthly financial budgets. This is
a fast pace environment, if you love the thrill of the chase and love to
succeed them this role is PERFECT!
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO OUR COMPANY
We need a team player, whilst having the ability to work autonomously. You will
have clear and concise communication skills. You will be ambitious, assertive
and tenacious Some things that are a MUST – You will have a burning desire to
succeed, a passion for sales, a degree / real estate license or qualified in
real estate / property management and have a genuine interest for the real
estate industry.
