COGEBANQUE would like to recruit someone with enough experience in human resource management meeting the conditions set out below:
Profile required
1. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration or any other related field;
2. Relevant experience of at least 3 years in the field of human resource management and if possible in training;
3. Have the ability of analyzing and summarizing;
4. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
5. Write and speak fluent French and/or English, proficiency in both languages is an asset;
The officer to this position will be mainly responsible of the training planning and human resource development.
S/He will be also responsible for managing the careers of staff and ensure rational management and optimal number of staff in balance with the positions in which the Bank may require for the attainment of its workforce.
S/He must be someone with strong skills in major components of modern human resource management including HR planning, HR development, HR administrative management, etc.
