apply for the position of Graduate In Training (GIT) Program to be based in
Dar es Salaam plant and Mbeya Plant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful individuals will be intensively trained, coached and exposed
to
various functions in the organization in preparation for our next
generation of transformational leaders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have graduated within the last 2 years with a high level
of academic excellence in Engineering (Mechanical Engineer) and Human
Resources Management.
Successful candidates will demonstrate good business acumen, excellent
interpersonal skills, decision making abilities as well as computer
literacy. Fluent in English and Swahili, ability to work within a team
and
demonstrate high integrity. Flexible, adaptable and resourceful.
