the role:
The purpose of this role is to sell new homes to perspective clients. This is
done via interaction in display villages, building relationships with land
agents and responding to internet / phone enquiries, networking in local
community. You will benefit from working with some of the top performers

Duties
will include:

- Generate
Leads by engaging clients in display villages and local community - Networking
- Take
client product design briefs - Prepare
and produce budget estimates / quotes - Present
plans and budget estimates face to face - Liase
with land agents - Liase
with councils on mandatory requirements - Sign
building contracts - Manage
and service in house data base - Administer
sales - Maintain
display village presentation
Previous
experience in a similar role with a homebuilder is essential for this position.
