CIMERWA
Ltd is Rwanda’s largest cement manufacturer with capacity of 600,000 tons of
cement per year with PPC Ltd having 51% shareholding. The company operates a
dry process technology Plant in Muganza Sector, Rusizi District in Western
Province. As part of its localization and optimization plans the Company is
recruiting professionals to fully optimize its production capacity and hence
cater for the country’s growing demand for cement and that of the region.

analyst (1)

A1
University degree in business/ Finance related courses;

Experience:

Atleast
3-5 years experience in data management, with demonstarble experience of having
worked in cement industry.

Reporting
to the Chief Finance Officer the Business Analyst will be responsible for;

Synthesize and analyze
information from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and
dangers.

Execute business analysis effort
during the product development lifecycles of prospective new products

Partner with various teams to
identify key information gaps and plan to provide that information

Support the salesmanager to
develop sound Go-to-Market strategies for various new products, and/or
revamping of existing products

Conducts or oversees primary and
secondary research to produce robust qualitative and quantitative
analysis and works to develop data-driven insights to formulate relevant
strategy which will promote growth and improve initiatives to address
critical areas of focus.

Engages with business partners
to source relevant information, share insights and drive change.

Preparation and Provision of
daily business reports to the line manager as required.

To support the unit in
delivering outcomes on different business monitoring (business reports)
product reviews and development i.e. life cycle management and
recommendations.
