My client is
a leader in their field and focus heavily on supplying a large range of
products to the HVAC industry (Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning).

With a business model that is pushing them further
and further past their competitors they are currently searching for a number of
counter sales staff members to meet the ever growing demand.

You’ll need to be flexible as this is a fast paced
role with lots of variety. Your ability to create a positive customer
experience is key, ensuring that the customers get what they need, whe

n they
need it.

On a daily basis your duties will include but or
not limited to;

Selling, cross selling and up-selling to
trades
Preparing pricing, sales orders and quotes
Ensuring CRM systems are maintained and that
all customer data is entered correctly
Conducting customer negotiations and
ensuring customer care is maintained through entire process
Meeting clearly defined sales targets

The key skills required for this role are;

Experience in a sales environment similar to
this or;
A trade background who either wants to
re-enter the workforce or get off the tools
Excellent customer service
Fantastic presentation
A positive attitude, initiative, a strong work
ethic and the ability to work in a team environment
Good computer skills
Preferably experience in HVAC or other
associated building products
