Position Name: Community Mobilization Specialist
Qualifications:
• Advance degree in public health or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience conducting community outreach and mobilization
activities.
• Demonstrated ability to work with community leaders, private sector
Representatives, and local authorities to promote alliances for health
Purposes.
• Experience on health communication and behavior change campaigns.
• Experience providing assistance to the Rwandan ministry of health on issues
related to community mobilization activities.
• Knowledge of various, evidence-based community mobilization approaches.
• Excellent written and spoke English and French required.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office software.
• Strong oral and written presentation skills, including use of Power Point.
