passionate, experienced receptionist or customer service representative? We

portunity working within a leading property and facilities
organization, who offer a progressive work culture. This organisation is going
from strength to strength and is one of market leaders in Melbourne.

You will be the face
and voice of one of their numerous Serviced Officers based in Preston. Your
main responsibilities will be answering incoming calls in a professional &
efficient manner, meeting and greeting customers with a friendly and helpful
disposition, coordination of meetings, ensuring the boardrooms is kept clean
& tidy and supporting the management team.

The role will also
include and will not be limited to, the ordering and maintaining of stationary,
replenishment of kitchen supplies, producing customer invoices and coordinating

This is a very busy
role where mult-tasking is essential and requires the successful candidate to
have superior communication skills, immaculate presentation as well as
excellent attention to detail. Your previous experience within customer
service, reception & administration will be highly regarded, combined with
a friendly, vibrant and approachable disposition.
